Passenger Lift Services


Access to buildings is a primary responsibility of landlords. This Framework includes the provision of servicing and maintenance services relating to passenger lifts, under a long-term agreement and meets the requirements of legislation such as the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER), The Lifts Regulations 2016, BS 5655 Part 10: 1995, BS 8486-1:2007 and BS 8486-2:2007.
