Since 2007, Eastern Procurement has been procuring more and better for less, continuously improving, attracting new customers and most importantly, delivering value-for-money.
Developed from an idea in 2006, Eastern Procurement became a contractual consortium in 2007 and a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee in January 2013.
As one of 13 approved consortia established by the former Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), we provide procurement and management solutions for our primary market, the social housing sector.
This sector is currently under increased financial pressure and because we are in the value creating business, our team has responded fast to a rapidly changing environment. Prepared for the challenges and opportunities that the current social housing environment presents, our frameworks deliver significant improvements in cost, quality and performance.
With an apetite for continuous development, our mission is to increase the range of frameworks we offer and expand the depth and spread of our geographical coverage. We aim to make provision for additional sectors to access our new frameworks, and once established, grow our organisation in new areas.
Additional benefits to EP include networking between members, which leads to more stalwart and consistent standards throughout the housing sector within East Anglia – Justin O’Connor
